yah.. 4 hours..
and i think these fellas will just anyhow shoot, no artistic
shots or whatever... just to document the event, shoot the prize
winners (group) with the guest of honour, shoot the VIP giving
speech.. crowd shots.. things like that..
print out a few good ones into an album, print 8Rs and put in
frames for the prize winners, send CD or DVD of pics.. all within a
week..
that's usually the case for events.
i found out that nobody cares about the arty farty shots.
bottom line is to just get as many faces in as possible.
